Community Manager, Clubs

The role

SimGains Pro exists because clubs asked for it, and it only stays good if that conversation never stops. You'll onboard new leagues, run the club council, and turn what admins tell you into the Pro roadmap.

What you'll do

• Onboard clubs onto Pro servers and shared reference laps
• Run the monthly club council and season-end feedback reviews
• Write the club playbooks: seasons, boards, live timing nights
• Route real admin pain to product with receipts

What you'll bring

• Experience running online communities or leagues at scale
• Clear writing — playbooks, announcements, difficult replies
• Timezone flexibility for race nights
• Bonus: you've admin'd a league and survived a protest thread
