Everyone at SimGains drives. Not because it's in the contract — because you can't design a brake trace you've never needed. We test in the sim, argue from data, and ship small and often.
We're deliberately small: no layers between you and the drivers using your work. A capture fix you merge on Tuesday is finding someone time on Thursday's race night.
