Graduate Engineer, Sim Integrations
The programme
Our early-careers track is a twelve-month rotation through the three teams that make SimGains: capture (Engineering), insights (Data) and clubs (Community/Pro). You'll ship real work in each — most grads have an adapter for a new sim title in production by month three.
What you'll do
- Rotate: 5 months capture, 4 months insights, 3 months clubs
- Ship a supported-sim integration with a senior pair
- Present at the club council once per rotation
- End with a team offer matched to where you did your best work
What you'll bring
- A degree or equivalent portfolio in CS/engineering/maths
- Evidence you finish things: projects, mods, tools, league bots
- Curiosity about how race cars and race data work
How we hire
